Who We Are

Africa Community Leadership and Development is a Not for Profit Organization registered in the Republic of Kenya under the Non-Governmental Organizations Co-ordination Act-1990 of the Laws of Kenya.

OUR MANDATE:

  • We believe in enhancing community resilience so that people can remain strong in times of challenges.
  • We believe that through participatory community processes, vulnerable families and communities can harness and secure their own livelihoods and better provide for themselves.
  • We encourage people to fully utilise their gifts and we support them to develop their talents for the betterment of humanity.
  • We influence local leaders and community groups for active participation in community programs. Together we develop safety nets so that people can experience the true spirit of humanity – to look after the most vulnerable in their midst by accepting others as they are and giving each other the needed care and support.
